QA Software Engineer 3 at WEX Inc.
We need one to Analyze and interpret design specifications, business requirements and apply information to the functional and non-functional testing process.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years experience of QA testing and automation experience
- Some experience in data science, data testing, and/or data analytics
- Expert in designing, coding, and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Expert in integrating test automation into CI/CD using Azure DevOps/Bamboo/Jenkins
- Expert in writing and debugging test automation code for UI/API
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
- Solid knowledge of database and testing tools
- Experience with Selenium
- Strong knowledge of OOP
- Strong knowledge of C# or Java
- Experience with Microservices testing & different strategies
- Solid experience with Jmeter, NeoLoad, or any other performance testing tool
- Experience with Git
- Experience with testing of Control-M jobs
- BDD knowledge (Cucumber/SpecFlow)
- Some experience with Tableau
- Can demonstrate critical thinking skills through past accomplishments
- Is aware of and interested in market trends, new technologies, and innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Have experience with AWS, test management tools
Role description:
- A versatile QA engineer able to deliver high-quality product by efficient means and minimal supervision
- Be able to work in an Agile environment, performing QA duties for multiple teams, working on a variety of products
- Gathers the test needs by collaborating with the Product owner, development team, and other key stakeholders instrumental to the project
- Translates the test requirements into manual and/or automation testing procedures
- Log detailed defects and follow up until resolution
- Uses analytics tools for data-driven testing
- Able to work with automation tools and frameworks
- Contribute to automated testing repositories and perform peer code reviews
- Identifies ways to optimize the testing window and maximize the quality of the product
- Have a problem-solving mindset
- Clearly express product-level testing concerns and testing categories in CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrate expertise in building consensus across diverse business groups and leaders.
- Demonstrate comfort level with creating SQL union, accepts, intersecting, and joins in write comparisons.

- Should work in the Onsite-Offshore model, support the project and adhere to the nature of the project

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
