Product Owner at WithU

What do you need?

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in mobile apps in agile environments
• A passion for learning with an acute attention to detail 
• To have strong problem-solving ability and be skilled at working effectively with cross-functional and fast-moving teams
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to think on your feet, manage a busy workload and autonomously deliver deadlines
• You must be highly analytical and data-driven, while constantly searching for any bias or blindspots in our data

WithU is an award-winning audio-led fitness app available globally on Android and iOS. We are an exciting and ambitious start-up that launched to market in 2020 and has since become one of the fastest-growing fitness products in the UK. In 2023 we also launched a new product in partnership with Sky TV, which is currently revolutionising the future of at-home fitness.

We are looking for a data-driven Product Owner who is passionate about creating digital experiences with customer needs at the centre of them.

You'll be working with the wider product team (UX/UI, QA and engineering) as well as cross-functionally to design, build and roll out products that align with our product vision.

• Run product discovery to uncover customer pain points and find innovative solutions to address them within our product
• Collaborate within the product and design team in a Lean UX environment
• Write technical specifications for the engineering team, working within a scrum environment.
• Deliver Sprint reviews to showcase increments generated
• Work closely with our Scrum Master to conduct Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Engage in cross-functional workshops with Marketing, The Innovation team, Commercial and Content, to innovate on new concepts
• Assist QA in testing to ensure the product mission is executed accurately 
• Maintain a finger on the pulse within the fitness and tech industry to find innovative opportunities to explore
