Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 years of professional experience in customer-facing digital product design (ideally in the B2B SaaS space)
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and common design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe)
  • Great visual design sense, including an eye for composition, typography and use of color
  • Some understanding of basic web technologies like HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Real team player and an empathetic and open communicator
  • Openness to constructive feedback, both giving and receiving
  • You are self-motivated, organized and understand the strategic thinking behind a digital product.
  • Experience working remote
  • Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)
  • Must be located in North America

Core Responsibilities

  • Using the design system to create new features and experiences
  • Creating joyful learning experience by translating complex ideas and requirements into a product that is intuitive and easy-to-use
  • Full ownership of all UX/UI design stages from ideation to launch
  • Conducting UX research and creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes as well as pixel-perfect designs
  • Governance over your work at every stage of the development process
  • Working in an agile and interdisciplinary team with product managers, developers and our marketing team to constantly improve the user experience

Job Environment

Employees of Schoox work independently from home offices. Each employee should have the capacity within their home to set up a work environment or office. Schoox provides a computer, phone stipend and office supplies for all employees.
