Description

GRIN is seeking an outstanding Product Designer who is passionate about product design and wants to help shape the future of Creator Management. The designer will be responsible for researching and designing new user experiences based on product requirements. Deliverables include high-fidelity comps, prototypes and documentation required for pixel perfect implementation. The role will work alongside product, engineers, and cross functional teams to ensure a successful developer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Product Management and Engineering to design simple, elegant, beautiful user experiences and workflow interactions that our customers love using
• Partner with the design team to conduct user research and user testing to build a more intuitive product
• Work independently across organizational boundaries to define, prioritize and manage work to meet project timelines
• Run cross-functional concept sessions and incorporate feedback from internal teams
• Execute user flows, wireframes, UI components, design patterns, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Lead by example—do phenomenal work and help people on the team learn how you do it through mentorship and coaching.
