PHP Developer at Everest Technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong focus on web application development using the CodeIgniter framework.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of the MVC design pattern and its implementation in CodeIgniter.
• Familiarity with DB2 database systems, including database design, optimization, and query writing.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with designers, other developers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation for responsive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
