Education / Experience

  • Strong understanding of mobile application development including iOS and Android platforms.
  • Logical Thinking. Work independently. Self-management. Self-directed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Experience in manual testing of mobile applications and identifying defects and issues.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Experience with mobile application testing frameworks such as Appium or Selenium.
  • Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skills & Abilities

  • Be comfortable reporting individual status to team lead or client.
  • Basic communication and collaboration skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Identify and report defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve application quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Develop automated tests using testing frameworks such as Appium or Selenium.
  • Conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile application testing.
