Description

The Mid-Level Brand Designer (“MLBD”) at Authentic is a team member who works under the guidance of the creative director to design, develop, and produce brand creative on real estate design projects: the visual strategy, execution, and finesse across all print, campaign, onsite mediums.

Previous agency experience allows them to lead brand projects from start to finish and eloquently communicate with clients. They quickly develop an understanding of the evolving real estate industry, allowing them to connect visual design with strategic business objectives. They’re comfortable driving brands forward while also having the ability to execute production design needs as required.

The MLBD is a strong conceptual designer, capable of employing illustration in their brand work but can also remain self-starting and “left-brained” in producing outcomes that consistently push the team forward.

They are very capable and comfortable working with outside vendors to coordinate physical pieces for project stakeholders (e.g. a local print vendor) and can bring forth previous experiences from multifamily and/or hospitality sectors to immediately make an impact.

At Authentic, the MLBD lives, breathes, and chews on branding each and every day!
