Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in marketing communications at a marketing agency or client-side
  • Travel Industry experience a plus
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding project and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including writing and editing marketing copy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Overview:

Responsible for marketing of priority products and services offered by Travel Leaders Network to its 55,000 Travel Advisors members. Includes marketing of programs to generate new client leads, retain and upgrade current clients and increase efficiency with booking & agency operations tools.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and implement the marketing communications plans and initiatives for multiple products and services offered to 55,000 travel advisors members. Includes marketing of current products and services, such as:
  • New client lead generation (Agent Profiler)
  • Member monthly e-Newsletter
  • Annual International Conference & Regional Meetings
  • Productivity Tools (pinSIGHT for hotels, empower Cruise commission enhancer)
  • Develop positioning, audience targeting, messaging and execute implementation plans for new product launches and updated product relaunches.
  • B2B Marketing communications channels leveraged for this position’s marketing initiatives include website, email, direct mail, social media, printed collateral, trade show materials, and promotional items, among others.
  • Responsible for programs content on Member Intranet (Agent Universe)
  • Communicates program updates/changes to all internal stakeholders
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
