The Main Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in IT Industry with Salesforce.
• Good experience in Salesforce.com Development environment (Visual Studio, Force.com IDE).
• Extensive experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services.
• Should have experience in Salesforce Service Console.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Out of the box functionalities. Supporting the Salesforce Administrator on occasion.
• Knowledge in Salesforce DevOps process is added advantage.
• Experience in Version Control System (GitLab/GitHub).
• Must have experience with production deployment using Change Set/Eclipse/ANT migration and working on solving deployment errors.
• Self-starter, can-do attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, time management and oral and written communication skills
• Operational experience with development and deployment in large-scale environments.
• Good communication skills.

The Role

Lead in experience in Salesforce development life cycle, application design patterns, integration patterns and deployment processes. Primarily responsible for leading the team in delivering maximum value to stakeholders.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• MS/ M Tech/BS/B Tech degree in Computer Science, related technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, with 5+ years of system Development experience within the Salesforce Platform. 3+ years of with master’s degree.
• Salesforce Certification is a plus

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
