Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience.

Experience Required

• 1+ Years of relevant work experience delivering enterprise customer facing solutions
• HTML/CSS – Extensive experience in web fundamentals and a proven track record of applying it to complex enterprise systems
• JavaScript – Extensive experience in JavaScript programming language and a proven track record of applying it to complex enterprise systems
• Comfortable speaking in front of large teams, incorporating their ideas, and building consensus
• UI State Management – Extensive experience in unidirectional data flow in front-end applications

Preferred Skills:

Source code management, ie.Git, Azure Devops, TFS;Cloud, AWS; Elastic/Kibana;CI/CD tools ie Jenkins, Octopus; Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes; Diagraming of solutions (UML, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Diagrams);Experience in SDLC including associated deployment, methodologies, QA process, and performance tuning; Webpack – Experience using Webpack for bundling and building is a major plus; Understanding of OO programming, UML, Use Case analysis tools; Familiarity with the Agile development methodology (such as Scrum, sprints, product backlog, etc.); Strong software development skills, including design, development, testing, deployment and support. Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and be able to communicate effectively with various teams. Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. • Position Summary

Purpose Financial is looking for an experienced UI Architect to guide code development for both the current and next generation of enterprise class software solutions. You will collaborate with product management, marketing, designers, technology, and architecture teams. You will work in an iterative/Agile environment and provide technical leadership for solving complex programming tasks. You will be responsible for the usage of technologies across existing client products. You will create reusable complements, integrate them with the backend services and perform integration testing. You will design and maintain coding standards to enhance application development and maintenance. You will assist QA team by explaining functional requirements and review test cases.

Job Responsibility

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Manager, and Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
• Develop detailed understanding of business processes related to the systems supported by the organization
• Take ownership of front-end components and drive continual expansion, reuse, and improvement across all products
• Participate in code development, unit testing, code reviews, and release changes
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
• Promote teamwork and foster a productive and efficient process for delivering quality software
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed.
• Work with technical managers to set appropriate expectations with business stakeholders
• Work with technical managers on strategic planning

• Ability to take on projects that involve many changes across multiple layers in complex systems
• Design, document, and present approaches to various technical problems to other developers, architects, managers, and business stakeholders.
• Regularly update and review adherence to the SDLC process in the organization
• Understand the CICD pipeline and release process
• Be able to communicate clearly with individual team members
• Stay current with industry trends in software development & technology
