Job skills and requirements

• Portfolio submission of graphic design or web design samples required
• Graphic design background preferred
• Associate’s degree minimum
• Customer service background preferred
• Preferred 2-3 years professional website design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience in Divi theme preferred (or similar theme builders)
• Experience with HTML & CSS
• Preferred experience with SEO
• Desire to learn more about web design, implementation, and maintenance
• Self-motivation, discipline, and follow through
• Clear, timely communication
• Independent and collaborative work flexibility
• Comfort in representing and communicating as a company spokesperson
• Strong project management skills
• People skills: leadership; negotiation; mediation; inspiration
• Healthcare experience preferred

We will rely on your knowledge of conceiving, designing, structuring, and maintaining user-friendly, aesthetically captivating, and conversion-focused websites through WordPress environments. An understanding of marketing strategy, client relationship management, and clear, timely, audience-appropriate communication are crucial to the success of this role and to the business.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conceive, design, create, and maintain website and web content
• Test for and solve problems that arise regarding design, layout, and functionality (UX and UI) issues that can arise across multiple browsers and desktop and mobile devices
• Optimize the website for search engines during the website build process
• Research, purchase, and customize stock photos, graphics, and other assets to meet brand and marketing objectives
• Maintain proper storage and maintenance of client (or corporate) assets
• Seek feedback from leadership, peers, and, where appropriate, clients on project progress

Compensation & Benefits * Pay range starts at $46,500-$50,000 annually
