We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in design and execution of functional, integration, regression and smoke test for a Pega applications and technologies.


Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Possess strong technical skills to build advanced SQL Statements
  • Proficiency with at least one load testing tool (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, SOAPUI, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience working with Test Management tools like Confluence, JIRA and HP ALM, Microsoft AzureDevOps
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of agile software development and ability to work in agile team environment
  • Experience on Public Cloud (AWS)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to think abstract outside the box
  • Ability to handle overlapping assignments

Desired:

  • Experience with CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeal processing
  • Experience with contact center operations
  • Experience with case management workflows

Required:

  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering or Related Field
  • 2+ years of experience with establishing comprehensive test practices and methodologies

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in design and execution of functional, integration, regression and smoke test for a Pega applications and technologies.

We are seeking a Test Engineer to help support an enterprise program who will help create testing framework, and Test approach to perform functional, integration, regression and smoke test for a Pega applications. The successful Test Engineer will have experience with UI Testing, Agile Methodologies, and hands-on API Testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and 508 testing of the application and its system interfaces.
  • Perform regression testing utilizing SOAP UI, test Pega WSDLS and web services.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end tests on Pega applications and technologies to ensure compliance with all business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • Perform accessibility testing using JAWS.
  • Validation of workflow implementations in Pega.
  • Translate requirements/user stories into detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual/automated test cases and collect evidences.
  • Document defects identified during testing.
  • Work with users to support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Use standardized testing methods, tools and procedures to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive.
  • Raise outstanding issues through established project management channels, as per project plan.
