As a Junior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for providing an amazing customer & employee experience both by leading by example, and providing support for other team members. You will work closely with numerous departments and subject matter experts to develop our internal and client facing knowledge bases, and expand our offerings to the rest of the business.

By creating clear and concise articles, quick reference guides, and videos you are helping to develop an environment promoting self-service. Your impact on our customer and internal experience will make you a key contributor on the Support Team to improve the customer experience and promote world class support.

As a Junior Technical Writer, a typical day might include:

  • Developing client facing articles, such as technical troubleshooting, feature setup, functionality articles, for diverse audiences.
  • Researching Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to verify accuracy of article content.
  • Collaborating with leadership, project teams, and subject matter experts to gather information about features, technical troubleshooting, and processes.
  • Presenting process, article, or release announcements in team meetings or via other means of communication.
