The Center for Applied Management (CAMP) provides a cloud-based SaaS solution for public and private health and social service agencies, supports case management, service delivery, and progress management. We are seeking a junior technical writer to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote which will require you to be self-starting and consistently able to engage your team members via standard communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.

As a Junior Technical Writer for CAMP, you would be expected to work closely with different executive-level and staff members by supporting project planning, following up with clients, compiling and maintaining internal documentation, and assisting in organizing and drafting new software specifications.

Job Duties:

  • Supporting project planning and other administrative capabilities
  • Following up with clients for outstanding requests and providing contract-specific updates
  • Organizing and maintaining internal documentation
  • Assisting in organizing documentation/content
  • Updating living documents and tracking changes
  • Gathering information on new releases for internal training
  • Taking notes during meetings; Documenting and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Managing external user access through Microsoft Teams
  • Managing and sharing documents through Microsoft Teams
  • Performing data entry/environment prep for training, testing, or demonstrations
