Required Skills

  • Graduated or pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas of collaboration and facilitation


Description

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our vibrant team and act as a liaison between our Application Development team and end users.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing evaluation of products to make sure they meet our business requirements
  • Support end users in validation of application functionality within established SLA timelines
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues pertaining to systems/applications/infrastructure tools in production
  • Document issues requiring assistance, with detailed reproduction steps and escalate to Application Development team
  • Identify and report opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
  • Keep users updated about system outages or issues impacting critical business processes
  • Track issues and submit status reports
  • Stay up to date with new features and enhancements
