Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Java: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ruby on Rails: 1 year (Preferred)

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic software engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing a multitude of different programs and applications, as well as undergoing training in the latest techniques. The successful candidate will also be integral to the development of new products and services and will play a key role in helping us continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and correct issues with code.
• Develop and maintain documentation and code samples.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues for other developers.
• Be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and lack of guidance.
• You should have a basic (Junior level) ability to code in Ruby on Rails, and comfort using the rails console to access and alter Postgres records. If you've only used other backend frameworks (such as Python/Django, Express/Node, etc) that's okay, but you'll need to be willing to learn Rails.
