We need one to Provide support and assistance with growth initiatives targeting existing products including auto deployments and product maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
- Minimum high school diploma coupled with two or more years’ experience in a marketing, operations, and/or business environment. Bachelors’ degree in business or healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Organizational, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, analytical, quantitative, presentation, problem solving, leadership and prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines is required.
- Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements
- Ability to interface and communicate with all levels within the Company as well as external contacts
- Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

JOB SUMMARY: This role assists the Sales Operations team in the assessment and ongoing support of the company’s products and services.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support and assistance with growth initiatives targeting existing products including auto deployments and product maintenance.
- Coordinate, compile and/or distribute internal and external reports and materials that support company products. Examples could include but would not be limited to provider mailings/fax blasts, transparency and side-by-side grids, provider termination reports, provider access reports and client list reporting.
- Drive updating of documents tied to product offerings, including client set up forms, (EOB) requirement documents and provider manuals.
- Periodically evaluate and report on the operational performance (e.g., utilization reports, client activation reports) of new and existing products.
- Provide support and assistance with administrative processes including but not limited to the following:
- Exclusion management;
- Side by Side requests;
- Network Adds and Terminations;
- Provider Status Alerts;
- ID Card and EOB Reviews;
- Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s core values.

JOB SCOPE:
This role works under general supervision with some latitude and discretion to make choices within standard parameters as well as to assess and recommend alternatives in absence of such parameters. The incumbent possesses and applies a general range of knowledge of practices and procedures within the field to complete job responsibilities. Work is varied and is subject to periodic review with limited latitude for unreviewed decisions and actions to ensure accuracy in work outputs due to the impacts to revenues and company image.
The salary range for this position is $45K - $48K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
