Junior QA Engineer at IDT Corporation

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the net2phone unite Interface team, which develops frontend and user experience parts of applications for corporate call centers/enterprise calling plans.

We expect you to have:

• Knowledge in designing Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Cases, and Bug Reporting.
• Knowledge in Functional and non Functional testing.
• Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in reporting status and issue escalations.
• Good level of English – B1 or higher.

 Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the net2phone unite Interface team, which develops frontend and user experience parts of applications for corporate call centers/enterprise calling plans.

As a part of the Unite Interface team, you will work in the international team, testing some API’s, calls and full web applications. Net2phone product is a large complex system with a lot of components inside and with complex logic of interaction between them.

The QA team also needs to take care of all integrations within net2phone family products.

As a part of our team you will:

• Build and execute and maintain manual tests for new features for our platform.

• Create Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Cases, and Bug Reports.

• Perform smoke and regression testing, create and execute test cases, checklists.

• Perform tests and report results based on priorities given by QA Lead/Management, and issue escalations.

• Attend Scrum meetings, demo meetings, and kickoff presentations.

• Take part in prioritizing automation tasks for regression testing.

• Release activity with the team.
