JOB DESCRIPTION:
TrueLook is looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to drive in-market success for TrueLook’s core products and services. Based on the deep understanding of our customers and the market, the Junior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Sales team to design and execute marketing strategies to support growth via new business revenue, support the large installed customer base, and enable the sales team.
This role will work cross-functionally with teams and partners to understand user and market insights, develop clear communications to guide the customer journey, and drive the adoption of TrueLook products and services. Successful candidates will have experience understanding competitive landscapes and emerging trends, and developing go-to-market plans to drive customer adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate is customer-minded and data-driven.
This role will report to our Product Marketing Manager.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to develop experiences and messaging to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
- Manage user research efforts, using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and problem-solving skills, to synthesize results and share findings across the organization.
- Strong follow-through from planning to successful delivery to look-backs and reporting.
- Drive VoC and feedback loops, identifying themes, synthesizing findings, and socializing with leadership and cross-functional partners to improve customer experience.
- Strong follow-through from planning, to successful delivery, to look-backs and reporting.
- Drive go-to-market planning, including functional and regional launch coordination.
- Capture and synthesize results, takeaways, and enable continuous improvement in GTM plans and outcomes.
- Develop training for sales and end-users. To include, but not limited to the creation of call scripts, battle cards, features lists, and self-running demos.
