Junior .Net Software at ASCEND Cardiovascular, LLC

We are looking for junior developers (2-4 years of work experience) who are interested in working on all facets of .NET web and desktop applications (UI, middle tier, services, and database)

Who You Are

You will be involved in all phases of product development including preparation of technical specifications, the creation of design mockups and prototypes, and active participation in design, code, and test reviews. This position involves a high level of responsibility; the work will be challenging and the results extremely rewarding. We are looking for excellent people to join an excellent team.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Software application development experience in C# or Java
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required for this position

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

• Single-page applications, web applications, or web services
• MVC, jQuery, WCF, or XSLT
• Continuous integration and deployment
• Unit testing with NUnit or equivalent
• Agile development processes
• Healthcare applications

The Opportunity

Our stack is .NET (MVC, C#, Entity Framework) with a SQL Server back end.

Location

Work primarily from home (equipment and software supplied by the company) with daily teleconferences and web-based meetings.
