- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Some work experience in the Human Resources field
- Prior experience within a company with regional reach (no international experience is required)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible, able to respond to changes in the business environment, and work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- An engaging personality; positive and forward-thinking mindset
- Able to bring credibility to the role
- Good project management and problem-solving skills
- Good command of the English language

Junior HR Business Partner
Full-time, (home)based in the US

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. As an HRBP, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related initiatives and a change agent. In a daily basis, you will seek to develop integrated solutions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the company.

- Manage implementation of Talent Management initiatives, including Workforce Planning, Succession, Performance Management, Employee Engagement/Satisfaction, Recognition, Communication, etc.)
- Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organizational and cultural change
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
- Participate in talent discussions, monitor progress toward goals, and provide feedback. Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and propose changes
- Review employee retention, complaint levels, and satisfaction-working with leadership, identify the source of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction
- Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies to enhance workforce performance and build strategic capabilities; mitigate risk to the organization; ensure the direct relationship between management and employees
- Provide advice, training, and counsel to management regarding HR practices, policy, and employment laws and recommend policy enhancements
- Assist business unit leadership with data analysis and reporting of organizational design, structure, compensation, and other factors to help incorporate and drive industry best practices within the operational unit
- Design and maintain analytics to identify trends and drive performance
