What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or diploma from an accredited design institution.
- A digital portfolio demonstrating an ability to design for a diverse array of clients and styles, with a keen eye for graphic design trends. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. These software skills are essential. Knowledge of After Effects Premiere, Lightroom, XD or Spark a plus.

Position Summary
Vector Media seeks a creative, energetic artist and typography geek that wants to be challenged with creating advertising artwork to be seen all over Los Angeles. This position is ideal for any multi-skilled individual looking for experience in a marketing team at an established out-of-home advertising company producing bus shelter, and bus ads for small to medium size businesses of all varieties. Your clients will include local restaurants, attractions, professional services companies, city departments, as well as national chains and global brands.
The hyper-organized and energetic individual that takes this role will be responsible for tracking all their design projects, often multiple at a time, from start to finish, reporting directly to our Marketing Support Manager.
This individual will take ownership of an important segment of our Marketing department, so if you are a tech-savvy fast learner with graphic art & design skills that you want to flex in a fast-paced environment, then this job is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize and produce custom bus shelter ads for clients big and small, using your drive to be creative to provide unique, contemporary design solutions to turn around artworks in short deadlines.
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their advertising objectives and produce artwork that aligns with their brand identity, advising on best practices for creating impactful outdoor ads.
- Design for a wide range of outdoor ad formats including bus shelters, transit bus posters, billboards, kiosks, train stations, and more.
- Contribute to producing speculative art for outdoor advertising, using Photoshop to mock-up advertising concepts on our various media formats from around the country, including buses and events.
- Organize and maintain a library of artwork templates by partnering with the Production and Operations teams internally.
- Provide occasional support to Marketing by assisting in producing sales collateral including one-sheets, infographics, media kits and presentation decks, invitations and other print and digital projects on a case-by-case basis.
- Collaborate with Marketing on projects present and future.
- Be a partner to the Sales team.

Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.30pm PST. This position is fully remote, reporting to the management in the New York office.
