Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Additional Tasks
  • Assist the Project Manager with all things visual in relation to marketing
  • You must LOVE graphic design and be versed in Canva
  • Love creating fun video content for Reels or TikTok (video-focused platforms)
  • Stay up to date with social media trends
  • Can plan out an aesthetically pleasing Instagram grid in no time
  • Are familiar with scheduling tools
  • Listen, respond, ask questions, and engage with the client’s audience to understand their brand
  • Execute social media publishing strategies to ensure that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe and on-brand
  • Conceive, implement, and measure social media campaigns based on feedback from reporting
