We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our team and support our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (such as SEO, Paid Social, PPC, ManyChat, etc.).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or business (preferred)
- Minimum of (1) year of experience in digital media buying or a related field (required)
- Experience with digital media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Google Ads, PPC, multiple platform messenger, and Twitter Ads (preferred)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred)

- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
- Ability to work in an enclosed office environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our team and support our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (such as SEO, Paid Social, PPC, ManyChat, etc.). In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Media Buyer and Marketing Manager to implement and optimize campaigns, track performance, and report results. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Assist in setting up and managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google PPC, Twitter, and LinkedIn ad spend campaigns.
- Assist in setting up and managing Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, Many chat ads spend campaigns
- Assist in defining target groups and metrics/KPIs appropriate to campaign goals
- Monitor campaigns daily and alert any needed optimizations
- Assist in applying testing methodologies and analyzing performance for campaign optimization
- Support in managing budgets and recommend weekly optimizations
- Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and new tools
- Research and analyze competitors, draw insights, and provide recommendations
- Review invoices
- Assist in developing specs for digital media assets
- Create and manage reports and presentations to communicate results
- Collaborate on basic analytics to measure the business impact of new channels, attribution logic, programmatic buying strategies, media mix optimization

- Ability to think individually as well as collaborate with other team members within a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Basic knowledge of the digital marketing industry, client acquisition, lead generation, trends, and new developments
- Able to assist in managing multiple campaigns and projects at the same time and be time-efficient

- Solid understanding of all advertising mediums, (i.e. Social, Adwords, Messenger, SEO, and email)
