We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our internal development team.

Skills

• 2-3 Years experience on software development projects (Mobile REACT a plus)
• Experience with SQL, C#, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery, (REACT preferred)
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

About This Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our internal development team. You will be working along side our software engineer, back end and front end developers to help provide both bug fixes and new project development. Our internal focus is on stability and innovation and are looking for someone eager to learn and take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to projects in the past. Mobile and web based enterprise applications are a plus, but this position will also be able to learn from experienced resources along the way.

• Develop and deliver new features and defect fixes as assigned.
• Review User cases and testing to ensure functionality guidelines are met.
• Coordinate with Front End developer to ensure proper design elements are considered.
• Participate in Scrum meetings, and understand tasks at a technical level.
• Work with Lead Tester, Business Analyst, or Project manager to ensure full understanding of Stakeholder requests.
• Demonstrate ability to adhere to best practices for security, stability, and scalability.
• Participate as a member of the team exhibiting ownership of tasks, follow through, initiative, and effective management with members of the team and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

Fully Remote - not needed at this time. We have some limited occasions for travel, but are situational such as company events/trainings. Any accommodations or precautions are assessed on an as needed basis.
