Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of Contract Administration, Purchasing, and/or Procurement experience

Job Description
The Junior Contracts Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and completing administrative tasks for the MPG Contracts Department. This role will work closely with the Contract Manager, Subcontract Administrator, and MPG leadership to ensure timely routing and completion of Department action items.
What you get to do every day:
- Process all subcontractor resource Onboarding/Offboarding requests submitted to the Contracts department
- Use information submitted to create People in Unanet; requires collaboration with Program Manager, IT, and Accounting
- Determine whether a subcontracting action is necessary and if so, notify the Subcontract Administrator
- Review new Client contracts and Subcontracts, then create Customer and Vendor Organization records in Unanet
- Manage Contracts Inbox, assess the nature of requests and documents that are submitted, then create/route tickets to the Contract and Subcontract Administrators as appropriate
- Draft and issue Task Orders and contract modifications <$10,000.00 in value
- Review, interpret, and act on Purchasing requests
- Provide guidance on Contracts policies, procedures, and processes to internal stakeholders
- Assist Contracts Manager and Subcontract Administrator as needed

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $60 - 66K depending on experience. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
