Drive growth through technology
Over the next few years, we are looking to harness the power of the Vivino app through our CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging) to build an automated & highly personalized customer journey that will drive growth in our customer base. CRM is one of the company's key marketing channels, and you will help turbocharge our technical transformation journey. Joining the Technical CRM team in Copenhagen, DK, and reporting to our Technical Manager, we are looking for a dynamic candidate with a solid technical foundation who is looking to apply & develop your automation skills to play an essential role in driving the company's growth.
Your key responsibilities will include to:
- Technical troubleshooting - lead responsible for swift resolution of support tickets
- Working as part of the Technical CRM team to develop Vivino’s CRM capabilities focusing on Automation, Personalisation, Email Template Build
- Collaborating with the global CRM team, Product, BI, and Engineering on building and maintaining technical solutions powering multi-channel campaigns and contributing to net new solution build
- Flexing your frontend skills using a python based HTML templating language to optimize our email templates
- Creating and maintaining datasets and data pipelines from a data warehouse (Amazon Redshift) into a campaign manager solution (Simondata)
- Understanding and improving capabilities of personalization tech and the ability to create dynamic emails
- Developing an API integration between our campaign manager solution (Simondata) and our internal Vivino RESTful API

The three of you will build close relationships with your colleagues to understand how you can provide technical solutions for their day-to-day challenges. You will also have access to a global BI team who can support work on datasets and data pipelines.
