  • 2-3 years undergraduate-level software development courses using Java as the language of instruction

 Description

Job Summary:

This position is an entry-level position intended for a recent college graduate. It introduces the candidate

to full-stack development on DT Professional Services internal application. It includes the testing of new features and fixes for our applications, and the deployment of these to our production sites. All responsibilities are intended to take place under supervision of a more senior engineer as the successful candidate moves towards more independent work. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with the assigned supervisor, and staying focused on the assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full-stack development on Internal Projects applications.
  • Make updates and enhancements to internal Company tools:
  • Unit and integration-test new or changed code/configurations that the candidate developed
  • Compile and deploy new builds of internal resources such as Pipeline, VIPR, and ResumeDB
  • Participate in coordination with department stakeholders and IT to understand and implement desired changes, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Document requirements, design, and testing as required in support of internal applications

  • Experience with C#/.NET web-application development
  • Experience with software development
  • Experience working with the military and/or government
  • Ability to Obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
