Epsilon Systems is looking for an entry level video editor. The ideal candidate should be creative and have a passion for video, from pre to post production. Someone who can work with a team and can put together a narrative using the tools at hand.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Provide video/graphics work examples (social media, personal projects, or professional videos)
• Experience with photography along with camera and audio equipment.
• Graphic Design experience and experience with 3D, 2D, audio
• Excellent organization, communication and planning skills

Abilities:

• Familiar with U.S. Military organization and culture
• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills
• Ability to work individually and on team projects in an environment of teamwork and cooperation

Description

Epsilon Systems is looking for an entry level video editor. The ideal candidate should be creative and have a passion for video, from pre to post production. Someone who can work with a team and can put together a narrative using the tools at hand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects on set of shooting scenes for videos used for internal purposes or for government projects
• Help with setting up/breaking down/ and packing of video equipment, including lights, green screen and cameras.
• Organize and maintain the digital files being shot.
• Edit footage together using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects to convey the story/purpose of each video.
• Create graphics, text, and/or special effects as required to integrate into video projects.

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking)
• Ability to lift over 25lbs of camera/lighting equipment.
• Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required
• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding)
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk
