Jr. UX Designer at Businessolver

We need one to Collaborate with Designers, Content Strategists and the client to define and design innovative benefit communications

What you need to make the cut:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, design/arts, UX/UI or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience related to the role
• Experience with HTML/web design
• Collaborative but self-starting and independent thinker
• Strong communicator
• Love discovery and research! Data drives our work.

• Ability to independently manage projects, pivot easily, and prioritize work as needed
• Open to constructive criticism via team and peer review
• Clean design aesthetic with understanding of spacing and typography

• The pay range for this position is 60K to 75K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

Businessolver is looking for a talented Jr. UX Designer to join our amazing Studio B team. The User Experience Designer role in Studio B is comprised of an individual that helps consult with our clients and develop digital and print assets to align to user experience best practices and meets our client's goals and objectives. They may lead the client through a strategy exercise to determine personas and how to best reach them, decide what engagement vehicles to utilize and carry out the strategy with digital and print design efforts.

The Gig:

• Collaborate with Designers, Content Strategists and the client to define and design innovative benefit communications
• Conceive and create design for a variety of engagement campaigns across Human Resources topics
• Configure Benefitsolver system to align with client branding, visual identity and strategy
• Consult clients and provide a prescribed solution for their benefits communications
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and turn results into action
• Conduct ongoing measurement of communication effectiveness and suggest changes if needed to meet the desired outcomes
• May perform other duties as assigned
