Jr Software Engineer at BetterRX

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team!

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of javaScript development
• Development using PHP/Laravel is a plus
• Minimum 2+ years of working with SQL
• Experience with Git
• Experience with XML, Json, HL7 or similar data formats
• Experience in building and using API’s/Web Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communications

Other Requirements

• Ability to work 100% remote
• Travel for Company Summits
• BS Degree or equivalent experience

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with integration partners to build, test, and deploy integrations.

Third-tier technical support for integrations and BetterRx applications.

Work with applications team to maintain and improve API

Always be learning and improving.

Actively participate in refinement and technical meetings.

Take pride and ownership of your work. (I.E., Mom would put it on the refrigerator)
