Jr. Salesforce Developer at TruSummit Solutions, LLC

As a Jr. Salesforce Developer, you will be an integral member of our development team, helping to support our client's Salesforce projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in Salesforce development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, APIs, and migration tools
• 2+ years of experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API
• Experience using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with agile software methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite. Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Exchange
• String organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and mitigate complex customer, departmental and procedural issues resulting in sound solutions
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field

THE ROLE

As a Jr. Salesforce Developer, you will be an integral member of our development team, helping to support our client's Salesforce projects. You will work closely with functional business leaders and subject matter experts in developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant development experience with Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize, develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize Salesforce applications by working in close interaction with architects, functional leads, and other members of the development team
• Responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, etc.
• Write, test, analyze and implement high-quality code according to specifications
• Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with Project Management, development teams, and business partners to ensure customer success
• Participate in technical design discussions and thoughtful decisions about when to use configuration vs. coding
• This role is a Remote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 10-20%
