The Jr FlexPod Sales Specialist is responsible to drive NetApp & Cisco joint solution sales with a focus on North America region.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Converged Infrastructure products and solutions and the broader data storage and data management marketplace positioning joint solutions against competitive offerings
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to define & crisply communicate joint value proposition to Sales Teams
  • Experience bringing account teams together for development of joint pursuit plans
  • Solid presentation skills required with ability to engage in pre-sales activities to evangelize product and technology benefits to an audience, including sales leadership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high quality level
  • Ability to lead within a matrix and virtual team and ensure members complete their deliverables
  • Knowledge or experience tied to converged infrastructure, cloud, storage, & management
  • Experience working and selling within a sales or partner sales environment
  • Applicable experience in sales, consulting, business development, and/or relationship management in computer hardware, software, or data networking industries

About the Jr Sales Specialist:

The Jr FlexPod Sales Specialist is responsible to drive NetApp & Cisco joint solution sales with a focus on North America region.

Location: US - Remote

What you will do?

  • Manage and track joint sales pipeline
  • Directly engage respective Cisco & NetApp sales account teams and partners on customer account opportunities
  • Serve as a respected expert in selling Cisco & NetApp joint solutions
  • Work closely with the Cisco Data Center sales and sales leadership to evangelize the joint solutions
  • Provide general knowledge and awareness of the joint solutions within Cisco and the value the NetApp partnership can bring to Cisco Sales
  • Work closely with NetApp sales to ensure both teams are aligned on the active, joint opportunities
  • Follow a prescribed governance plan to provide ongoing updates to the key stakeholders
  • Leverage the respective CRM systems within both organizations to track and report on opportunity activities
