Description:

• Analyzing, developing proposal compliance matrices, writing, preparation, and submitting RFI and Sources Sought requirements
• Developing win themes and strategies
• Developing proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and writing proposal content for
• management and technical proposal sections; assembling the proposal volumes;
• Organizing final proposal file versions ensuring electronic submissions meet all
• solicitation requirements.
• Managing Proposal Kick-Off Meetings and Color Team Reviews
• Helping manage the Proposal Library
