As a Junior Graphic Designer, you are responsible for developing graphics and image asset to support the brand, advertising, and institutional initiatives at ACE in collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer. This includes the creation of infographics, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website banners. You will have a strong understanding of design principles and software, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. In this role you will have the chance to work on various projects, helping to create impactful graphics for print and digital mediums.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:
• Create and deliver high-quality design work within the expected deadlines
• Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure that design work meets the needs of the business
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A portfolio highlighting your design projects, demonstrating your creativity and technical skills (please provide a link or attach samples with your application)
