• CS Bachelors Degree
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript - understand fundamentals
• General Skills Problem Solving, Investigation, and Analytic are the big items.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Testing From a Dev Perspective We use a lot of JUNIT Testing and expect Dev to have a testing mindset so exposing them to any of that in those areas is beneficial
• GIT Source Control Repository This is what we use for Source Control Management (we use GitLab vendor)
