Java/API Developer at Concentrix

Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a Sr Java/API Developer to join our Omaha, NE team. Candidates need to be willing to relocate within 2-3 weeks of accepting the offer.

Requirement 

• We need an experienced API developer who has created APIs and created listeners to consume API data
• Someone who has architecture design experience with APIs and microservices.
• Needs expertise in Microservices design and development.
• Familiarity with API protocols and formats like REST (Representational State Transfer), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), and XML (eXtensible Markup Language) is important.
• Understanding how these protocols work and be able to design and implement APIs based on them.
• Implementation tech stack includes Java and Spring.

API Design: Knowledge of API design principles and best practices is crucial to create well-structured, efficient, and user-friendly APIs. This includes understanding resource naming conventions

• Apache Solr- preferred skill but not required
• Experience in Integration of Solr with UI/Java- preferred skill but not required
