Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Java experience, including Core Java and / or J2EE.
- Experience in the development, testing, and deployment of applications with JSP, Javascript, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Workflow, Hibernate Webservices (REST), and Jasper.
- Experience designing UI applications using HTML5, CSS3, XML, JQuery, JSON.
- Experience designing responsive web design using media queries and libraries, e.g., Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL queries and IBM RAD.
- Willing to support east coast clients.
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. Candidate's that have completed a Master’s degree program strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Reside in eastern or central time zones.
- Public Sector project experience within Health and Human Services (HHS).
- Knowledge of J2EE framework and design patterns.
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere App. Server and Oracle DB.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile Methodologies.
- Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, from an accredited institution.

Currently, we are seeking a Java Technology Analyst
Position Description:
You will have at least 2 years of Java experience, be passionate about learning new technologies and enjoy a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating Java applications, and for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high performance mission critical applications to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
As a Java Technology Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with the Development team and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, and application design and development.
- Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
The job may entail an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
