HTML Programmer/Web Developer at PowerTrain, Inc.
We need a developer to Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; years of experience may be substituted for degree
- Extensive knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript programming languages preferably for web-based training
- Preferably an understanding of 508 Compliance and Government Accessibility Requirements
- Familiarity with converting courses in Flash to HTML5
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code
- Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctioning systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Experience with Captivate and/or Articulate a plus.
- Requires US citizenship and the ability to achieve a Position of Public Trust clearance
Experience:
- Front-end development: 1 year (Preferred)
- Angular: 1 year (Preferred)
HTML Programmer/Web Developer

This programmer will work with experienced developers and other team members to provide programming, design, development and testing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Program HTML5 customized training courses
- Fix bugs in existing code.
- Maintain documentation per company standards.
- Provide testing, training, and support for third-party software products.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.
- Resolve user-submitted problems and questions.
- Work with co-workers, clients and vendors to meet programming expectations
- Communicate advanced technical details in layman’s terminology

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
