A HTML CSS UI designer is responsible for creating interactive and visually appealing web pages and applications that enhance the user experience.
A HTML CSS UI designer should have the following skills and responsibilities:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other web design tools
- Able to create responsive and adaptive designs that work across different devices and browsers
- Work with designers to translate figma designs to HTML and CSS for the development team
- Able to implement UI design patterns and best practices
- Able to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product vision
- Able to perform rapid prototyping and testing of UI concepts
- Able to modify and improve existing web pages using CSS3
- Helpful, but not required - knowledge in an advanced javascript framework such as vue.js or react
- Able to communicate effectively and present design ideas clearly
