ComSolve is a service organization providing it’s clients with community management as a service. ComSolve utilizes 14+ years of experience and knowledge in community management and the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform to lead the day-to-day operations and engagement of client communities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ year’s experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, Force.com IDE and other compatible IDE’s, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
  • 2+ years experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML, Javascript, CSS and jQuery
  • Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
  • Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
  • Force.com Certified Developer Certification desired
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation

This leadership allows clients to focus on the areas they find most important and refine their community strategies. We contribute to our clients, a dedicated community manager to envision, engage and expand their communities whether internal, partner or customer focused.

The ComSolve Developer has three primary objectives:

  • Help enable ComSolve’s clients with full stack Salesforce development expertise
  • Become a key team member for the client, establishing trust, exercising knowledge and expertise while demonstrating your value to the client and their community
  • Positively impact the clients community with excellent user experience and strong application architecture
  • The ComSolve developer must possess strong technical, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform applicable to the Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
  • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts and apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce platform
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
  • Develop highly interactive UI using Lightning (Aura), Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce with particular focus on Flow, Lightning Runtime, Apex etc.
