We need one to Provide support for users of the Visibility Tool and HWS workflow platform. Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions. Follow up on problem resolution and inform users of status.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Extensive C# experience in a mixed Windows Services/Web application environment, emphasis on the Windows Services.
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Extensive involvement in building SOAP-based and RESTful web services utilizing WCF/Web API
• Experience in Javascript web development using React, NodeJS, and npm.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure/DevOps
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow concepts is a plus. Example: Windows Workflow Foundation
• Strong critical thinking and root cause identification skills.
• Experience with full-stack development.
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-development environment, and acting as a team-lead would be a plus.

Description

JOB OBJECTIVE: To support the Healthcare Workflow Solutions team in the design, develop, testing, and documentation of business applications and middleware to support the day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for users of the Visibility Tool and HWS workflow platform. Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions. Follow up on problem resolution and inform users of status.
• Design and develop software within the SCRUM/Agile methodology while working with other team members using Microsoft Azure/Devops.
• Ensure that all software is formally tested in a background test environment before being deployed in the “Live” environment. All software is to be cataloged in the appropriate source control repository.
• Contribute to the IT Knowledge Base by supplying written documentation related to the deployment and use of newly developed applications. This documentation may include installation and user manuals.
• Must be able to learn and understand HWS business processes and the interaction between our systems and other internal IT systems and how it affects the overall flow of information from receiving the information to final output.
• Participate in IT team meetings, providing input and suggestions.
• Provide support to other employees and fill in as requested by management.
• Regular, reliable attendance is a requirement of this job.
• Provide tasks, direction, and peer review for a team of 3+ developers within the Scrum cycle.
