As a Full Stack Staff Software Engineer at ActiveProspect, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on the LeadConduit product. In this senior-level position, you will have a significant impact on the technical direction and architecture of the project.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 8 years of experience working as a full stack software engineer.
• Expert-level knowledge of Node.js, Vanilla JavaScript, and one or more frontend frameworks (preferably VueJS)
• Strong proficiency with MongoDB
• Strong experience designing software architectures
• Good communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in one or more JS testing frameworks, such as Jest or Mocha.
• Proficient with Git and GitHub.

How to Stand Out

• Experienced with TypeScript
• Familiarity with OpenSearh
• Experience working with AWS services, such as AMI, S3, Dynamo, SQS, or CloudFront
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Located within a 4-hour time zone overlap with Central Time

Responsibilities

• Ship clean, well-tested code to production on a regular basis
• Work closely with the LeadConduit frontend and backend engineers to ensure uninterrupted service
• Provide input and technical direction all areas of development
• Participate in planning and estimating to continuously improve the product
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Participate in planning and strategy sessions to provide direction for LeadConduit
