Full Stack Software Engineer at Popular Pays

We’re looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help build our applications using primarily Ruby on Rails and Ember.js.

Overview:

The role:

We’re looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help build our applications using primarily Ruby on Rails and Ember.js. We ask that applicants have experience in at least one of the two frameworks.

Had you been with us in the last few months, you would have:

• Collaborated with teammates to figure out the best way to tackle a user story from one of our projects.
• Reviewed code from your teammates for correctness, quality, and readability.
• Had your code reviewed by your teammates for correctness, quality, and readability.
• Deployed code to production upon merge.
• Attended a retrospective and brainstormed solutions to problems in our development process and then worked with the team to implement them.
• Pairing with your teammates to figure out the best way to tackle a user story or debug an issue.
• Flexed your development and creativity skills pursuing an idea of your own during our 10% time.
