Full Stack Laravel + JS / Vue / React / React Native at Blue Feather

This is a remote position, so a good candidate will need to be self-motivated an able to stay on task while working from home.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing web applications using PHP
• 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Understanding of relational database design
• Experience interpreting and understanding client requirements and then designing solutions to solve business problems
• Strong math and logic skills
• Minimum 25 Mb (down) 10 Mb (up) stable broadband internet connection
• Experience with some or all of the following frameworks is strongly desired
• Experience with Laravel
• Experience with Vue
• Experience with React
• The following platforms are not required to have experiecne with, but would be a nice bonus
• FileMaker, Tailwind, React Native, Firebase

Description

Blue Feather (https://www.bluefeathergroup.com) is looking to hire a full stack developer. This is a client facing position where you will be in meetings with clients and your team, listening to business problems, and developing solutions to those problems. This position involves developing web and mobile solutions using frameworks such as Laravel, Vue, and React.

This position involves a solid mix of back-end and front-end development of highly interactive web apps. Designs will usually be provided, so you will need to be able to take a style guide or page mock-up and implement the design to make it function.

Deadlines are a very important part of this role. A good candidate will be able to estimate time to complete tasks, set deadlines based on those estimates, and then deliver on-time.

This is a remote position, so a good candidate will need to be self-motivated an able to stay on task while working from home.

Business hours are 10am - 6pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.

A person in this position will be responsible for:

• Custom business application development and design from scratch using PHP, MySQL, and various frameworks.
• Creating highly interactive user interfaces
• Managing client projects, requests, and requirements
• Tracking time working on projects for clients
• Attending daily video meetings

Compensation

Salary DOE: $90k-100k

Total of 15 paid sick/vacation days to use as you please
