Full Stack Developer at RARES

Rares is looking for full stack developers to support the dev ops department.

About You:

• 5+ Years of experience
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and general DevOps

Bonus Points:

• *Computer Science background
• *Have worked for a major sneaker, streetwear or investment house

About the Role:

Rares is looking for full stack developers to support the dev ops department.

We’ve launched our MVP, and are looking for a results-oriented, technology-savvy, investment-knowledgeable computer engineer to assist with site improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

Use knowledge of React, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive Design to implement bug fixes and code improvements.

Learn and apply your abilities in React Native, Docker, Node.js & Express to make this platform soar in performance and load optimization.

Daily you will -- develop and implement front-end development standards practice, including the structure, organization, and common libraries. Collaborate with UX and UI designers to build highly consumable UI style, design, and pattern libraries that speed development.

Research, test, and implement new front-end development tools for testing cross-browser and device compatibility to ensure design responsiveness and compatibility true to original design.

More Details:

This is a full time contract role that has the option to be salaried with benefits (preferred). The compensation is commensurate with experience but will include a combination of cash and equity. As we are a startup, this is a chance to play a significant role in the definition, deployment and execution of products driving towards scale.

Location:

Rares HQ and office is in Las Vegas, Nevada but with team members all over the country.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
