Description

Developers will work collaboratively with other developers, Product Managers, designers and SMEs, owning all aspects of product development from requirement gathering, coding, testing and deployment. This specific role will be responsible for developing required applications and supporting them in the DevOps model.

• - Work with product manager and stakeholders to analyze user stories
• - Participate in team activities to estimate and plan sprints
• - Implement stories and work with a team to meet sprint goals
• - Write unit tests and contribute to ongoing testing needs.
• - Ongoing support of capabilities following DevSecOps practices

Associated Projects: Selected candidates will be working for a strategic project to enable Carbon business. Candidates will work as part of an agile team to develop applications in AWS platform to provide capabilities needed to onboard business models. System developed by this project will be used by farmers, sales reps and internal Bayer employees to perform tasks required by their role. Implementation will follow micro-service architecture and will be scalable to support anticipated numbers of users.

Team Dynamic/Culture: There are seven functional product teams in the community. All teams are very collaborative, working together as needed to solve challenging problems, and taking ownership of various capabilities for the product.
