We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Software Developer. This position can be performed at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA or remotely from anywhere in the United States.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent required
  • Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and React.
  • Proficient in back-end technologies, including PHP and Node.js.
  • Experience creating automation using SDKs and APIs.
  • Some experience with Salesforce Apex or Microsoft .NET development is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL design.
  • Experience building user interfaces for applications.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and SVN.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
  • Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement.


Description

We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Software Developer. This position can be performed at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA or remotely from anywhere in the United States.

The Software Developer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, and various platform integrations. This position requires a combination of programming skills and a desire to develop/automate systems to align with business needs. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred as well as an understanding of the entire development process, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

This is a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features and functionality across company platforms.
  • Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
  • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
  • Query Information System databases to pull datasets for internal customers.
  • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment.

Requirements:

Compensation:

The starting range for this position is $31.50 to $43.00 per hour, or $65,520 to $89,440 annually.

The pay range listed in this ad is a good faith estimate of likely pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.
