TeamBuildr is an established bootstrapped startup in the strength and conditioning industry. With 20 employees, we are continuing to expand our presence in the strength and conditioning market.

What you bring:

• 3 - 5 years as a full-time React engineer
• Extensive experience working with React and Redux
• Experience translating Figma designs into code
• Experience with optimizing React front-ends
• Experience building accessible interfaces with A11y in mind
• Knowledge of at least one modern frontend testing library like Jest, Karma, Cypress, Enzyme, or React Testing Library
• Strong understanding of best-practice programming principles
• Strong written, verbal, and personal skills
• Enthusiasm for the fitness industry
• Experience with React Native is a bonus

Our platform serves strength and conditioning professionals from high school to the NFL and personal trainers around the world. Our platform makes these professionals more efficient and more analytical by allowing them to collect more data and unlock key insights.

Our Stack

• Frontend: React, React Native, Redux, CSS
• Backend: node.js, Express, AWS
• Datastores: Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Redis

• Building and maintaining our web applications using React
• Implementing and collaborating on new interfaces
• Improving web application performance and load times
• Assist in developing and maintaining a component library in Storybook
• Writing and maintaining tests to ensure long-term quality of our software
• Reviewing code written by team members to help ensure high-quality code

Compensation/Benefits

• $80-100k annual salary
