Freelance Graphic Designer at OMNI Institute

OMNI is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer. The Freelance Graphic Designer will bring design excellence to OMNI’s project reports and marketing materials, and the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in print/layout graphic design.
Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly in InDesign, is required. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
Design OMNI’s deliverables for client projects. This includes:
- Designing layouts
- Developing data visualization of various kinds depending on the type of project
- Working closely with OMNI research staff to process rounds of revision with speed and attention to detail
- Designing any other visual elements that would effectively communicate the project’s findings to diverse audiences
Design business development and marketing materials of various kinds, including:
- One-pagers and infographics
- Conference collateral
- Covers and graphics for proposals
- Graphics for OMNI’s email newsletters, social media, and website

Salary & Location
This is a freelance position paying $60/hour. Hours per month vary, typically 20 - 60.
This position is fully remote.

OMNI Institute is a research nonprofit that supports philanthropies, government agencies, and social ventures to accelerate positive social change toward a more equitable society. We provide research, evaluation, and capacity-building services through a 100% fee-for-service project-based consulting model. We have 50+ staff based throughout the United States. Our primary areas of focus are Community Health, Behavioral Health, Justice, Economic Security, and Children & Families.
